Cancellations & No shows

WE VALUE YOUR TIME AND ASK FOR THE SAME IN RETURN. TO ENSURE SMOOTH SCHEDULING FOR ALL CLIENTS, PLEASE REVIEW OUR CANCELLATION POLICY:

  • LATE ARRIVAL:

    • If you are 15 minutes or more late to your appointment, we may need to adjust or remove portions of your service to fit the remaining time available. This ensures we stay on time for all clients. ​

  • 48-HOUR NOTICE REQUIRED:

    • Appointments must be cancelled or rescheduled at least 48 hours in advance to avoid fees.

  • ONE FREE PASS:​​

    • We understand emergencies happen! You're allowed one free pass for illness or emergencies. Please don't come if you are feeling unwell. ​

  • LATE CANCELLATIONS:​

    • Cancelling within 48 hours will result in a fee of 50% of the appointment total - this will not be applied to your next appointment. You will also need to pre-pay to book with us again

  • NO SHOWS:

    • Missing an appointment without notice will result in a charge of 100% of the appointment total - this will not be applied to your next appointment, Pre-payment will also be required to book again. â€‹

 

SALON POLICIES

WE ARE COMMITTED TO PROVIDING YOU WITH AN EXCEPTIONAL EXPERIENCE AT ADORN SALON. PLEASE REVIEW OUR POLICIES TO ENSURE CLARITY AND UNDERSTANDING:

  • RETURN POLICY:

    • All product sales are non-refundable. However, we will gladly replace any defective products. Please notify us promptly if you encounter an issue. ​

  • DEPOSIT POLICY:

    • All deposits are non-refundable and non-transferable. each Deposits are required to secure your appointment and will be applied toward the total cost of your service.

    • new guests will be required to pay a $50 deposit before booking. ​

  • PAYMENT METHODS:​

    • We accept all major credit cards and cash as forms of payment. Checks are not accepted.​

  • GRATUITY:​

    • Gratuity is not included in the cost of any service. While not required, tipping your hair stylist or makeup artist is greatly appreciated as a reflection of your satisfaction with their work. ​
